IAM District 40

COPE 378 represents the office staff at Transportation District 140 of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. 

IAM District 40 consists of members who belong to eighteen (18) Local Lodges from coast-to-coast across Canada. They are alternatively known as either the "IAM" or "The Machinists' Union". They represent close to 16,000 working men and women in the transportation sector in Canada, and are the largest union in the transportation industry in Canada.
