Your Negotiating Committee is pleased to advise that a Memorandum of Agreement has been reached with the employer for a renewed Collective Agreement. Highlights of the three year settlement include salary scale increases for the Agent 2 and Bookkeeper classifications in each of the first two years, in addition to general wage increases, and improvements to Extended Health (vision care), sick leave and statutory holiday entitlements. Both the salary scale increases and the general increase in the first year are retroactive to 01 June 2011. Both Parties are unanimously recommending acceptance of the settlement terms.

Copies of the complete Memorandum of Agreement will be couriered to your office on Monday, October 17th. The ratification meeting will be held in your office at 12 Noon on Wednesday, October 19th.
