Union response to ICBC’s announcement on Employee Opinion Survey

To: All COPE 378 Members at ICBC

We have been provided a copy of Len Posyniak’s October 5th announcement. Our bulletin, dated October 4th, was sent as a result of complaints received to our office. In addition, the response to our bulletin confirmed that there are members feeling pressured. Perhaps, a better response from Mr. Posyniak would have been to correct the matter rather than deny it. While we recognize that many of you have completed the survey and are therefore immune from the pressure, for those receiving the pressure, we remind you that you can choose to not complete the survey and if required file a complaint with us.
