Member Guide Feedback Request

Member guides are one method COPE 378 has used to communicate with you, the members. These guides are often worksite specific (see an example for BCAA here) and were printed and distributed to all members quarterly and uploaded to worksite pages on the COPE 378 website. Each guide addressed a separate issue raised frequently by members in a bargaining unit, such as medical privacy, pensions, workplace health and safety, and the role of job stewards.

In early 2011 a decision was made to step back from the quarterly production schedule. Not every issue required updated information that frequently (for example, the role of job stewards). In addition, we wanted to better evaluate the production process in order to ensure we are using our resources effectively.

Now we need your feedback to help us determine how we can produce member guides in a way that is most accessible and useful for you.
