Friday Night Races at Hastings Racetrack

Join the COPE378 Event and Social Planning Committee for a Friday Night at the races. The committee has reserved 8 boxes with each box holding 6 people.

The details of this event are as follows:

DATE: Friday, July 6th, 2012
TIME: First race is at 7:00pm
          (Suggested time of arrival is 6:00pm so you don’t miss a moment of the fun filled evening)

This event is open to COPE 378 members and a spouse/partner. Members will be responsible for their own food and drinks as well as betting and COPE 378 will pick up the cost for the rental of the boxes.

There are several options for food and servers are available to take your order.

Please join COPE 378 members at Hastings and enjoy a Friday night of great entertainment.

As there is very limited seating for this event, we will have a waitlist for members who would like to attend after the event is full. If you registered and cannot attend, please contact us so we can provide the opportunity to another member.
