COPE 378 SUN RUN TEAM

COPE 378’S Events and Social Planning Committee is entering a Sun Run Team and we need you to get the word out. Last year we had over 100 members on the team. Can we achieve this again? COPE 378 will be hosting a pre-race meeting, details will follow in another email.
 
EARLY BIRD DEADLINE FAST APPROACHING
Early bird registration deadline is February 17th, 2012.  Last day to register as a team member is March 18th, 2012.  The Events and Social Planning Committee will reimburse participating members of COPE Local 378 and their families after the Sun Run on April 15th, 2012.  If you are not bringing your family, you can invite one guest that COPE 378 will also reimburse after completion of the run.  To receive a reimbursement you must participate on COPE 378’s Sun Run Team and join the team before the March 18th deadline.  Just to be very clear, you will only be reimbursed if you join on the COPE 378 Sun Run Team and you actually participate in the race.
 
KEEPING YOU INFORMED
Melanie Greenlaw is the Team Captain and will be keeping those who join the team informed about meeting places both before and after the run, so please send your email address to Melanie at mgreenlaw@cope378.ca.  We are looking for any members who are interested in walking or running. Please join us on Sunday, April 15th, 2012 and be part of our 6th annual Vancouver Sun Run Team.
