Canadians Baseball & BBQ

COPE 378 will host another BBQ & Baseball Night at Nat Bailey Stadium:

Date:  WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 1, 2012

Tickets for this popular event are priced at: $20 per adult; $10 per child (5 to 12 years old); Children 4 and under are free (price includes entrance to the game and an all you can eat BBQ with burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers and a salad bar).

Deadline for registration is July 24th, 2012.

Time: BBQ starts at 6:00 pm and the game starts at 7:05 pm
Please contact us as soon as possible to hold your tickets by emailing kmcrae@cope378.ca or calling 604 299-0378 and advising how many tickets you are requesting.

Note: Maximum tickets allowed per COPE 378 Member: 1 for COPE Member, 1 for a guest & up to 4 children (of any age).  Click here to download the registration form and mail the completed form to COPE 378 office along with payment.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY: Friday, July 27, 2012 or tickets on hold will be released.

There are 120 tickets available and they will be provided on a "first-come-first-served" basis. If this event is not sold out by July 24, 2012 we will notify you that you can purchase additional tickets for guests other than family members.

Once payment is received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you by July 27, 2012.

Tickets will be available for pick up any time after 5:30 pm on game day at the Canadians Will Call Window or you can pick up your tickets any time after July 27 during office hours at the Canadians box office. Tickets will be under the member’s last name and ID will be requested.

We look forward to cheering on the Canadians with you on August 1st.
