Membership meetings have been set as follows to explain the package presented by the Employer:

Any member in the above areas that are unable to attend the meeting and wishes to vote must contact Joanne Banfield at the Union office by August 19th at jbanfield@cope378.ca to request a mail in ballot.
All members working at other locations will be receiving a package shortly which includes the Employer's offer and a voting package. In addition you will be receiving a call from a member of the Bargaining Committee to explain what has taken place to date and why we are unable to recommend acceptance of the offer.
