Dave McPherson

Dave McPherson, COPE 378's senior organizer, has more than 20 years experience in the labour movement, working in various capacities. He has worked as a union representative and negotiator, council at arbitrations and as an instructor. He knows what it takes to improve and protect the security, rights and dignity of working people.

Georgi Bates

Georgi Bates was a COPE 378 member, job steward and Executive Board member before becoming an organizer. In addition to her work with the union she is active with the Vancouver & District Labour Council. Georgi is a tireless worker who understands what people are looking for from a union, and how COPE 378 can help.
