ABSU Ratification Information Meetings

Membership meetings have been scheduled as follows to discuss and vote on the proposed terms of settlement. It is very important that you attend these meetings. Please make every effort to attend.

Please Note:

  •  Ballot packages have been mailed out to all Accenture members to their home address. If you are able to attend one of the scheduled meetings, please bring your ballot package with you.

  •  You can either mail your vote back, through Canada Post, to the COPE 378 office using the return envelope included in your ballot package or you can vote at one of the meetings.

  •  If you did not receive your ballot package in the mail, please contact Kim Smith at the COPE 378 office (604-473-3884) and request that a mail ballot package be sent to you. This request must be made NO LATER than 3:30pm, Thursday January 5, 2012. 
     
  • **REMINDER** The COPE 378 office will be closed from noon on December 23 and will re-open at 8:30 on January 3, 2012.

  • Mail-in ballots must be received in the COPE 378 office no later than 4:30pm Thursday, January 12, 2012.
