Your Union Resources
About Your Union
Canadian Office & Professional Employees Union (COPE) Local 378 represents about 13,000 union members at public and private sector companies in British Columbia.
We are a part of the COPE National Union which represents over 33,000 members, and we are affiliated to the BC Federation of Labour, the Canadian Labour Congress and Provincial Labour Councils.
We are a diverse and socially responsible union, working together with many community groups to ensure the public and elected government representatives are aware of the benefits that unions bring to the economy of BC.
Union members make a positive contribution in our society, and we invite you to learn more about the COPE 378.
